An official source at the Jordan Armed Forces Command said that Israeli army will remove and detonate landmines in the area opposite to King Hussein Bridge in Southern Shuna within a routine operation to demine the area. The source added that the operation will begin at 7:00am on Tuesday and end at 6:00pm on Wednesday, adding that the Israeli authorities will use an appropriate amount of explosive agreed on with Jordan to ensure the safety of Jordanian citizens in nearby areas.
