An Israeli gliding plane crashed inside Jordanian territories on Monday without inflicting any casualties or damages, according to an official source at the General Headquarters of Jordan Armed Forces. The Israeli pilot had jumped west of the River Jordan and his body had been located by the Israeli forces, where as the Israeli glider had been found on the location were it crashed. According to the Israeli daily (Yediot Aharonot), the pilot had been missing since Sunday after he took off from a landing-field in central Israel on his private ultra-light plane. A suicide note was later found in his home, the Israeli daily added.
