A Palestinian young man was killed when an Israeli military vehicle ran over him during a manhunt that was launched earlier in Kafr Malek village of the West Bank, sources said on Sunday.

Abdullah Ghanaiem, 21, was just released a few months ago from an Israeli prison.

Earlier, Israeli forces stormed the village where clashes with the residents have erupted leading also to the injury of another young man, Jomaa Saleh, with a rubber bullet and a teargas bomb.

The forces withdrew from the village after its residents gathered and showed their anger over the incidents.
