Israeli police Monday arrested a 13-year-old Palestinian for the 14th time in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan, according Wadi Hilweh information center. It said Israeli police raided Musllam Odeh’s family house at dawn before arresting him. Odeh was first arrested at the age of nine for allegedly throwing stones at Israeli police.
