Israeli President Reuven Rivlin on Tuesday called on all Israelis to take part in the general elections, the Jerusalem Post reported.
Rivlin urged his citizens to "decide the state's future each according to one's world view."
He said that voting was really "mandatory" and that the citizenry should "take their fate in their hands."
Israelis are voting on Tuesday in an election called last December by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
