Israeli settlers began construction of new colonial units in (Mehola)in the northern Ravines in the West Bank. Today, the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted eyewitnesses who said that were shocked to find newly-constructed buildings in the western part of the settlement which was the first Israeli colony established on Palestinian territories since the 1960s. Mehola settlement, located in the vicinity of Ein-ul-Baidhaa village, has been expanded more than once over the last few months.
