The Israeli settlers Wednesday took over a Palestinian-owned land and proceeded to plant it with olive trees it in Al-?Uqban area to the east of Bethlehem.The Coordinator of the National Committee against the Wall and Settlement in Bethlehem, Hasan Breijieh said that a group of settlers, protected by the Israeli forces, took over a 250-dunums of land and proceeded to pant it with olive trees.He said this Israeli measure comes as part of the Israeli occupation plan to confiscate the Palestinians’ lands for the benefit of settlement expansion.
