Jewish residents of the West Bank say they are encountering a new form of terror -- stones placed on the road that are intended to cause vehicles crashes. Four cars were damaged last week when drivers hit a stone barrier erected close to their homes, the Tazpit News Agency reported. The barrier was removed by residents as security forces searched for possible suspects. Several such incidents occurred over the past several months. Security officials say children from nearby villages are to blame but no arrests have been made. Israeli residents in the West Bank have experienced a rise of militant activity against them in recent months. A man described as an Arab terrorist was caught Tuesday attempting to sneak into the town of Ginot Shomron in central Samaria.
