Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi stressed on Monday that his country will not give up its friends and allies, topped by Egypt that comes in the forefront of countries that fight terrorism and extremism.
Posting his Facebook page, Renzi pointed out to a meeting with the African Union (AU) leadership on Monday and Tuesday to discuss ways of stepping up cooperation to combat terrorism and monitor the migration waves.
As for Libya, he asserted that a recent initial power-sharing agreement is a step to bring back stability to the North African country.
