A private jet that had former U.S. President George W. Bush on board made an emergency landing Saturday night, U.S. media reported Sunday. The jet carrying Bush was flying from Philadelphia to Dallas where he lives. The Federal Aviation Administration said the plane was diverted to Louisville, Kentucky, after the smell of smoke was reported in the cockpit, local media the Houston Chronicle reported. Bush spokesman Freddy Ford told the media that after a brief stop, the plane continued to Dallas where it eventually landed. Ford was on board and said he never saw or smelled smoke. No one was hurt in the incident. No other information is available now.
