A group of Jewish settlers Saturday threw rocks at Palestinians who were participating in a protest march in the Hebron area town of Yatta, according to a local activist. Ratib Jabour, from the Popular Committee against the Wall and Settlements in Yatta, said settlers from Maon, which was illegally built on Yatta land, attacked the weekly protest with rocks injuring two participants. The protesters, who included international activists, were marching against Israel’s takeover of Palestinian land to build settlements.
