Jordanian King Abdullah II left here on Tuesday embarking on a European tour that will take him to Albania and Germany, according to a statement released by the Royal Hashemite Court.
The Jordanian monarch is scheduled to meet with Albanian President Bujar Nishani and Prime Minister Edi Rama.
In Berlin, the Jordanian monarch will meet with German President Joachim Gauck and Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Prince Faisal bin Hussein has taken the oath to act as viceroya during the king's trip.
