US Secretary of State John Kerry telephoned his Egyptian counterpart Sameh Shoukry after Daesh aired a video showing the killing of 21 Egyptians who had been kidnapped by the terrorist group in Sirte, Libya.
Kerry strongly condemned the heinous terrorist act and condoled with Shoukry for the deaths of the abductees, a statement by the US State Department said Monday.
