On the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, US Secretary of State John Kerry discussed with the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu the ongoing peace talks between the Palestinians and Israel.Kerry, who made 11 trips to the Palestinian territories and Israel in the first year of his term, is seeking to achieve a framework agreement for peace talks, which will draw the lines on some of the most difficult issues, such as the borders of the future Palestinian state and the status of Jerusalem.Both Palestinians and Israelis agreed to continue negotiations for a period of 9 months that end next April.
