Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas Politburo Chief Khaled Meshaal arrived in Cairo this evening on a several days visit to Egypt . During the visit, Meshaal will meet with a number of prominent Egyptian figures to discuss the latest developments, especially the Palestinian reconciliation.
