President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a congratulatory cable to Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the occasion of his country\'s National Day. The Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, sent a similar cable to the president of Azerbaijan.
