Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al Sisi met here on Thursday with Spanish King Felipe VI at Zarzuela Palace.

The meeting discussed means of fostering bilateral relations especially the increase of Spanish investments in Suez Canal Corridor.

Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry also attended the meeting.

Earlier, the Spanish king has received the Egyptian president at the palace's garden while a number of Spanish and foreign media outlets have covered the visit.
