Head of United Nations Support Mission in Libya Martin Kobler welcomed on Thursday forming a temporary committee for security measures.

Kobler made the remark on Twitter on Thursday.

The Libyan presidential council of the national unity government ordered forming the committee during Wednesday's meeting.

The committee will comprise 17 members under the chairmanship Abdel Rahman Omran al Tawil.
