Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo and Deputy Prime Minister Hashim Thaci met Tuesday with Qatar's non-resident Ambassador to Kosovo Youssef bin Hassan Al Saei.
They discussed bilateral relations and the means to enhance them.
