His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday received a cable of congratulations from Speaker of the National Assembly Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim on the successful just-ended Third Africa-Arab Summit. "I'd like to tender to Your Highness sincere congratulations on the impressive success of the Summit," the message reads. "Through your wisdom and great experience you were able to lead this historic event towards realization of the objectives of development in the two regions," the parliament speaker said.
