The representative of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil, Mustafa Jassem Al-Shamali has arrived at Johannesburg Airport to attend a memorial service for former South African President Nelson Mandela. Al-Shamali and his accompanying delegation were received by Kuwait's ambassador to South Africa Hassan Bader Al-Oqab and a number of embassy officials.
