First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah met here on Wednesday European Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response Kristalina Georgieva who is visiting Kuwait to attend the Second Kuwait Pledging Conference for Syria. The meeting tackled regional and international developments of common concern, particularly the international efforts to resolve the crisis in Syria and to alleviate the suffering of desperate Syrian people. The meeting was also attended by Head of the First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Office Amb. Sheikh Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah.
