Kuwait Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Sunday received a message from US Secretary of State John Kerry dealing with bilateral ties. According to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) the message dealt with ways and means of further promoting and reinforcing relations between Kuwait and the two countries.
