Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah is to leave for Tanzania later Thursday for an official visit and to attend a Southern African Development Community (SADC) ministerial meeting as a guest of honor. The minister\'s accompanying delegation comprises Director General of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) Abdulwahab Al-Bader, the chief of the deputy premier and foreign minister\'s office Ambassador Ahmad Nasser Al-Sabah and several other officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Southern African Development Community (SADC) is a regional economic community comprising 15 Member States; Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Established in 1992, SADC is committed to regional integration and poverty eradication within Southern Africa through economic development and ensuring peace and security.
