The Interior Ministry strongly denied on Wednesday issuance of a circular determining December 12 as a due date to receive retirement applications from officers who wish to benefit from the financial privileges, which are determined at end of current month. "These procedures are only determined by bodies concerned," the ministry's security media department said in a press statement.
