Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah and visiting Italian Chief of Defense Staff Admiral Luigi Binelli Mantelli discussed here on Sunday several key topics of mutual concern.
During the meeting, which was also attended by Italian Ambassador to Kuwait Fabrizio Nicoletti, both sides thrashed out main bilateral themes especially that related to military relations, Kuwait's Ministry of Defense Directorate of Moral Guidance and Public Relations said in a press statement on Sunday.
Sheikh Khaled commended the depth of relations between the two countries and their keenness on promoting and consolidating them.
The meeting was attended by Kuwait's Chief of General Staff of the Army Lt. Gen. Mohammad Al-Khuder and Ministry's senior officials.
