Kuwait parliament speaker congratulates counterpart in Guyana on national day

National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim on Sunday sent a cable of congratulations to Guyana's National Assembly Speaker Raphael Trotman, on the occasion of his country's National Day.
