The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Sunday received a verbal message from Iran's President Hassan Rouhani, pertaining to bilateral relations and means to develop them. The message was conveyed by Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif during a meeting with the Emir of Kuwait today.
