The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Monday received a message from Libyan General National Congress President Nouri Abusahmain on bilateral relations and means of boosting cooperation on all fronts as well as issues of mutual concern. The message was handed by Ashraf Ali Ghafeer, Abusahmain's envoy, as he met with the Emir of Kuwait today morning.
