Kuwait understands the Qatari Amir\'s recent call for military intervention in Syria, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said here Wednesday. \"Kuwait is aware that this stance represents the conviction of our brothers in Qatar. We have to respect it as we know its goals,\" Kuwait\'s Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Khalid Al-Jarrallah said in response to a reporter\'s question at a ceremony in Chinese Embassy in Kuwait.
