In statements to KUNA, Monday, the diplomat praised the scheduled discussions that would serve the strategy of the Gulf state to expand its international aerial network. A delegation from the General Administration of Civil Aviation (GACA) will take part in the negotiations, headed by GACA President Fawaz Abdulaziz Al-Farah, he told KUNA. The visit of this delegation to Albania would reflect the distinguished relations between Kuwait and Albania and would boost bilateral cooperation between them in various fields, Al-Bader affirmed. Signing several agreements in the field of facilitating air traffic comes in line with the Kuwaiti open skies policy, said the ambassador, who also expressed optimism that the negotiations would yield positive results. The Kuwaiti delegation, to be headed by the GACA President, includes Director of Air Transport Department at GACA Nader Al-Bloushi, legal researcher at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Wafa\' Al-Baker, Head of Air Transport Agreements Department Khalid Al-Enezi, and air transport researcher Nasser Bourisly.
