Kuwaiti Ambassador to Greece Raed Abdullah Al-Rifai attended on Monday the annual ceremony of heads of diplomatic missions, hosted by Greek President Carlos Papoulias in Athens on the occasion of New Year. Ambassador Al-Rifai conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to the Greek President. He also conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras.
