His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah\'s Envoy, Minister of State for Planning and Development Rola Abdullah Dashti, delivered on Tuesday a letter to South Korean President Park Geun-hye. In the letter, HH the Amir congratulated President Geun-hye on her assumption of power in the major Asian nation. Geun-hye made history Monday by becoming South Korea\'s first female President. Minister Dashti has represented HH the Amir at Geun-hye swearing-in ceremony. The letter also focused on means to bolster bilateral relations in various fields and the latest developments on regional and international arenas.
