The Kuwaiti Embassy in Portugal held late Saturday a reception in celebration of Kuwait's 53rd National Day and 23rd Anniversary of Liberation. A statement by the Kuwaiti Embassy in Lisbon said that senior Portuguese officials and members of the diplomatic corps attended the celebration organized by Kuwaiti Ambassador Suleiman Ibrahim Al-Marjan. Al-Marjan took the chance to congratulate the Kuwaiti leadership and people on the advent of the national celebrations. The Ambassador thanked Portuguese officials as well as Arab and foreign diplomats for attending the celebrations.
