His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday received a letter from Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, tackling bilateral relations between both countries and means of enhancing these relations in all fields.
The letter was handed to Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah by Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Kuwait Almas Abdramanov.
