Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a written messager from the President of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh, tackling bilateral ties and means to bolstering them at all levels.The letter was handed to Deputy Minister of Emiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah by Fahmi Ahmad Mohammad Al-Hajj , the Djibouti’s Presidential Advisor for Investment Affairs, former minister of energy and industry, KUNA news agency reported.Meanwhile, the Emir also received a similar message from President of Senegal Macky Sall, dealing with relations between both nations, and issues of common interest.The letter was handed to Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah by Senegalese Minister of Economy and Finance Amadou Ba.
