Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah handed over a letter from His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to Egyptian Interim President Adly Mansour.According to a press statement by Egyptian Presidency, the letter was delivered during President Mansour's reception of Sheikh Sabah Khaled on Monday.It added that Sheikh Sabah Khaled has conveyed to President Mansour the greetings of His Highness the Amir and reiterated Kuwait leader's support to Egypt and Egyptian people's efforts to complete democratic transition and political roadmap.Sheikh Sabah Khaled told the Egyptian President that His Highness the Amir wishes Egypt great progress and welfare. He added that the Kuwaiti leadership is looking forwards to boosting bilateral relations with Egypt, the biggest Arab state.For his part, President Mansour welcomed Kuwaiti Foreign Minister's visit to Egypt.He, according to the press statement, asked Sheikh Sabah Khaled to convey his greetings to His Highness the Amir as well as the Egyptian leadership and people's appreciation of Kuwait's support to Egyptian revolution.Mansour also thanked His Highness the Amir for his eagerness to bolster bilateral relations.Sheikh Sabah Khaled arrived in Cairo earlier Monday as part of an Arab tour that has already taken him to Qatar.The Kuwaiti Minister is accompanied by the director of his office Ambassador Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah and several senior Foreign Ministry officials.
