Kuwaiti acting Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah received today a message from British Foreign Secretary William Hague.The message dealt with means of enhancing relations between the two countries in addition to matters of mutual concern.
