Kuwaiti lawyers

A delegation of Kuwait Lawyers Association ended today a five-day visit to the Netherlands after visiting international judicial and lawyers organisations in the country.
Kuwaitآ’s ambassador to the Netherlands, Hafeedh Al Ajmi hosted a lunch in honor of the delegation who briefed him on the results of their visit.
In a statement to KUNA, Al Ajmi said that one of the main goals of the visit was to work on closer ties between the Kuwaiti lawyers and Dutch counterparts and discuss ways of cooperation between the two parties to add to the growing and closer Dutch-Kuwaiti relations.
He noted that the lawyersآ’ visit comes after a recent visit by the Kuwaiti Minister of Justice and Islamic Affirs Yaqoub Al Sanee to the Netherlands.
Al Ajmi commended the programme of the visit, which included visits to a number of international organizations like the Union of Dutch lawyers, The International Court of Justice, the Permanent International Arbitration Court, the International Criminal Court, the Organization for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, the Hague Academy of Law and the University of Leiden.
