Chairperson of the Indian National Congress Sonia Gandhi met here Wednesday with visiting Minister of the Kuwaiti Emiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.Talks during the meeting covered issues of mutual concern.The Kuwaiti Minister also met with Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, who explained the Indian government next five-year plan which aims at building the infrastructure in India, and welcomed the Kuwaiti companies taking part in the plan
