Minister of Information and Minister State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah on Monday affirmed necessary role of culture for cementing bonds among nations. Sheikh Salman, also Chairman of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature, praised during a meeting with a delegation of the World Crafts Council, the body's role in bolstering cultural interaction among nations of the world. The meeting was attended by the National Council Secretary General, Ali Al-Yoha, the President for West Asia Sub-Region of the World Crafts Council, Ghadda Al-Qaddoumi, and other officials of the international council.
