Kuwaiti Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education Khalid Suleiman Al-Jarallah met here today with Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdullatif Al-Zayani, currently on a visit to Kuwait.During the meeting, they discussed preparations to host the strategic dialogue meetings between the GCC member states and Russia, set to be launched here on Wednesday and their agenda.
