Kuwaiti National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim sent Friday congratulatory cables to his Algerian counterparts Abdulqadir bin Salah and Speaker of the National People's Council Mohamed Larbi Ould Khelifa on the occasion of their country's National Day. Al-Ghanim sent similar cables to Antigua and Barbuda's Senate President Hazelyn Francis and House of Representatives President Giselle Isaac-Arrindell.
