Kuwait’s Deputy Prime and Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah has received a written message from U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.A statement issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs here Tuesday said that the message dealt with bilateral relations and ways of developing them.Kerry had recently paid a nine-nation tour abroad which included Britain, Germany, France, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Iraq.
