His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Thursday received a written message from French Prime Minister Manuel Valls dealing with ways of bolstering relations between the two friendly countries in various sectors.
The message was handed over to His Highness the Prime Minister by the French ambassador to Kuwait, Christian Nakhle, during the premier's reception of the diplomat at Seif Palace.
