Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov arrived in Geneva today to take part in the current negotiations on the Iranian nuclear file between representatives of Tehran and those of the five veto-holder countries in the UN Security Council plus Germany. The western side seeks to reach arrangement with Iran on reducing the rate of its uranium enrichment for reducing the international sanctions imposed on Tehran.
