Libya\'s Deputy Prime Minister Awad al-Barasi said on Friday that he hopes to parliamentary elections will be held in Libya by mid 2014. The General National Congress has to form a 60-member committee to draft the new Libyan constitution, al-Barasi said. A referendum will be held to approve the country\'s new constitution, he explained. The forming of the committee responsible for drafting Libya\'s constitution will take six months, he added.
