Libyan Foreign Minister Mohamed al Dairi discussed on Sunday with Chinese ambassador to Libya ways of boosting bilateral cooperation in various fields, source with Libyan Foreign Ministry said in exclusive statements to MENA.
Al Dairi pointed to the strong ties binding Libya and China over the past years, the source added.
The Libyan foreign minister thanked the Chinese government for its support to the legitimate authorities' efforts here to bring about stability, the source asserted.
For his part, the Chinese ambassador stressed that Libya should be given an opportunity to fight terrorism, according to the source.
