A new round of talks among Libyan rivals was held on Sunday in Skhirat city of Morocco under the auspices of UN Special Envoy to Libya Bernardino Leon.

A top Libyan negotiator said that the discussions between the warring rivals were positive.

It’s expected that a preliminary agreement would be reached in his round of talks, the negotiator told MENA.
