Zhang Yueyi, former deputy head of Party history of Shanxi provincial committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is under investigation for suspected abuse of power, the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) said Monday.

Zhang is under "coercive measures," which include summons by force, bail, residential surveillance, detention and arrest. The SPP did not specify what measures had been taken.
